I'm trying to pay funds from another bank into my Tesco internet saver bank. As a reference number I have tried entering the sort code and account number of my Tesco account but my bank (First Direct) keeps saying this isn't valid. I've tried putting my sort code first and my account number first, but it won't accept it. What am I doing wrong?

Hey @gwennotegueste , if the details are the ones shown online/on a statement, they will be valid. Our accounts don't show as 'verified' when you enter the details, but as long as you're using the correct ones, the funds will reach your account with us.
