I hold a Tesco Jnr ISA on behalf of my grandson who will be 18 on the 3rd of August - i.e., next Wednesday. Approximately 3 weeks ago, with no notification or warning, the account simply disappeared from my online account. Fearing fraud, I contacted Customer Services and was told this was routine Tesco practice. I was also told that a maturity pack would be sent out to both myself and my grandson one to weeks before the maturity date - 3rd of August. Today is the 31st of July and neither of us have received a maturity pack. I have written to Customer Services and my letters have remained unanswered. I have phoned them on a number of occasions since the first call regarding the disappearance of the account and received misleading and erroneous information.
