My mother found a cheque issued by Tesco banking more than 6 months ago - who and where can I contact to find out how she can get issued with a new one - Thanks for your help in advance

I spoke to someone at Tesco banking - my mother is waiting for a call from them once they have confirmed the original cheque was not banked
