Hi Support Community,
I cannot register for online banking to manage a loan. The details provided are correct (and I have tried multiple times) but the system says it can't find my details.

How does it work? 😑

Hi @WorksOnMyMachine, can you please double-check that you're entering the correct sort code and account number for your loan? The quickest way to retrieve your account number is by checking the direct debit reference for your loan. The account number is the last 8 digits before the forward slash and the sort code is 40-64-12.

@KellyT Thanks that worked! I thought it was asking about MY account number and sort code.
