Has anyone here had dealings with DWS bodyworks or FMG repair services?
they are one in the same company,
Tesco have a contract with them to deal with the crash repairs,
I have had the misfortune of having to use them after a recent shunt
so far they made me wait 48hours to have my car collected, cant get me the promised courtesy car, and so far have been avoiding my calls,
Zero customer service, and Tesco have no power to intervene,
is this just me or do these company's not give a dam about the people who they deal with,
after reading the reviews there not going to win any prizes for popularity,
any thought on how to deal with company's like these??
