I can't see, find 'Manage account'

I wish to set up a direct debit to pay the monthly amount in full.

Hi @ChristianD54, have you clicked on the arrow in the bottom right corner of the box which shows your balance? The 'Manage account' button should then appear once you've clicked this.

@RobbieT I can't see an arrow in the bottom right corner. I clicked on red circle wit arrow and tht took me to YouTub.

I loaded the Tesco app on my mobile but could not open an account because I live in a blind spot and as with all verification codes and such like, if they come through at all, they are usually too late to register. So, I got nowhere with that. Organising a direct debit should not be that difficult but the Tesco website... I can't find the link. You should get whoever does the Facebook and Amazon sites to sort out the Tesco website. It's clunky.
