• The ‘Community Clubcard Pay+ group trial’ will commence on 17th August 2022 and end on 28 February 2023.
  • This trial only applies to interactions in the Clubcard Pay+ group of the Tesco Bank Community. If you post or interact in the group and it does not relate to Clubcard Pay+, you are not eligible to earn Clubcard points.
  • Community members who help other members by answering their Clubcard Pay+ related questions and have their answers verified by a Community Manager or Community Expert will be in the running to receive Clubcard points (a maximum of 1000 points can be earned per person, per calendar month for answering Clubcard Pay+ related questions).
  • We’ll look at all new threads and posts in the Clubcard Pay+ group during the Term and may award additional Clubcard points for posting questions and engaging in conversations (a maximum of an additional 500 points can be earned per person, per calendar month for adding new threads and posts).
  • You can collect up to 250 Clubcard points per month for sharing your experiences on using our Clubcard Pay+ product with the group (a maximum of one award per person, per calendar month for sharing your experiences).
  • There may be a one-off monthly spotlight prize with an award of up to 1000 additional Clubcard points. This award can be awarded to one member or split between multiple members for positive contributions in the Clubcard Pay+ Community.
  • Community members who reply to our feedback and insight questions posted within the Clubcard Pay+ Community may be eligible for additional points (a maximum of 1000 points per person, per calendar month for replying to such feedback and insight questions).
  • On occasions, we may invite users via the Clubcard Pay+ Community group to assist with the testing of new features and prototypes. Points will be awarded for participation and an amount will be disclosed prior to the testing starting (a maximum of 1000 points per person, per calendar month for assisting with testing new features and prototypes).
  • Community members may be awarded Clubcard points by contributing to the Clubcard Pay+ Community as part of this trial up to a maximum of 1000 Clubcard points in aggregate per person, per calendar month.
  • The Community members who receive an award must have a valid Clubcard account and just one Community profile.
  • Tesco Bank colleagues are not eligible to receive awards.
  • Only one Clubcard number can be associated with each Community profile.
  • The total number of Clubcard points awarded each month may vary. All Clubcard points awards are totally at the discretion of our Community Manager (who are not obliged to give out any set number of Clubcard points each calendar month).
  • Anyone who breaches the Community House Rules wont be eligible to receive an award and our Community Manager reserve the right to disqualify any member from receiving awards.
  • Our Community Manager will let members who’ve been awarded Clubcard points know by private message from the @CCPRewards account at the end of each calendar month. Anyone awarded points must then respond to our Community Manager by private message and provide their Clubcard number for the points to be added to their account. Anyone who fails to take this action will not have the points added to their Clubcard account.
  • It’s anticipated that Clubcard points will be fulfilled within 60 days of the member’s Clubcard account number being provided (this must be done by no later than the last day of the calendar month following the calendar month that the member is notified of the award). As this is a manual process for the duration of the trial, this timeline is subject to change.
