Can I create a Direct Debit to pull payments from an account I hold elsewhere into a Tesco Internet Saver account?
Can I create a DD to pull payments into savings account?

Verified Answer@ddiedugg I'm afraid that it is no longer possible to set up a direct debit to draw money into a Savings account. This is due to a regulatory change that happened a few years ago. I'm sorry that we're not able to help with this. -
Hi @ddiedugg, thanks for getting in touch. You can make regular payments into your Internet Saver account by setting up a Standing Order from another UK bank account in your name. You would need to arrange this directly with the other bank. You'll need your Tesco Bank sort code and account number to do this. I hope this helps :)

Thanks for the suggestion, Robbie.
It was specifically Direct Debits I was after though, as there are several bank offers at the moment that require a DD.
I could set up some small DDs to a charity to comply with the terms of the offers, but I was hoping I could DD an account of my own so as to keep all the funds in-house.
