Each month when my credit card statement is due, I receive a text from Tesco Bank saying that they have not been able to deliver my statement notification email as it has been returned as undelivered. This makes me believe that the email address set up for this purpose has been incorrectly entered. I have checked and double checked my details in the account profile and they are correct. I have been in touch with the internet banking team and they have checked all the email settings for all my different Tesco Bank accounts and advise they are all correct. But still I get this text every month saying the notification email has been returned. I do receive other marketing and promotional emails from Tesco Bank on the same email address so clearly there is nothing wrong with the mailbox itself.
Does anybody know what might be causing this and how to fix it?
