It has happenned three times today! I have also noticed that when i buy stuff online and i need to 'authorise' the payment on the app, it takes ages to receive the 'one-time access code' text. I click the resend button then they all come through in one go!

this has happened to me too.
it’s really frustrating as we are encouraged to use face identification and thumb prints so don’t need our passwords for months at a time… then all of a sudden we can’t log in!
What are we meant to do, Tesco, write down our passwords for when we might need them again?? It’s nonsense and always happens at the most inopportune moment.
