Loan Application Status - no acknowledgement

    Hi -

    Yesterday (12/09/22)

    I successfully (so I thought) applied for a personal loan.

    The last screen was a tick box and what happens next screen along the lines of we will let you know when the money is available.

    After clicking all I needed to I have not received any kind of email acknowledgement and application number.

    Is it possible to check the status please?

    @conuk Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. We don't send emails relating to Loan applications. However, once you've received your funds, you'll get a welcome pack 5-7 working days later which will confirm the date of your first payment. Your welcome pack will also confirm your loan sort code and account number meaning you will have all the details required to register for online banking. I hope this helps! 😀

    Very weird (but very fast) service.

    Just received a message to say funds have been transferred - checked and they have indeed.

    But have no other acknowledgement - im assuming this will come in the post or email soon?
