I’ve received a text today advising that my Direct Debit wasn’t successful and have 3 days to pay. I panicked, as this was my first payment, and didn’t want to miss it. So I paid an amount. I then checked afterwards, only to find that the Direct Debit was successful. I have paid double and trying to contact someone at Tesco bank to explain and have my 2nd payment refunded. But all I’m getting is automated messages and unable to actually speak to someone. Would appreciate any help on this if possible. Thank you.
