I've been using the app on my Samsung phone for months now without any issue until last week when the transactions page either won't open saying 'Something went wrong. Try again' or once open crashes to that message after a few seconds. I've checked I've not missed any updates, uninstalled and then reinstalled the app completely but it's still doing it. Any suggestions?

We are aware of an issue that some customers are experiencing when trying to view their transactions on our Mobile App and we are working hard to resolve this ASAP. If you log into Online Banking on our website, you will be able to check these. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
