Every time I try to log on Tesco to download my statements on my computer, I get stuck into a loop.
It lets me put in my username, the 2 digests of my security number and my password.
When I click on “next” it starts all over again, asking for my username and so on.
I have deleted all history and cookies on my Edge browser. I even reset my password.
Nothing solved this problem.
I need this to work, as it is not possible to print statements on the mobile app.
