Hi all

I have just checked my recent statement and it says the minimum payment amount is £10 plus arrears/2% of the statement balance plus arrears/over credit limit charges. However on my balance of £8123 the statement minimum payment due is £248 which doesn't appear to fit any of these criteria. Any ideas?

@Ian1979 Hey this would indicate that the 2% of that balance is £162. Plus the £10 is £172. Are the arrears and charges the difference of £76?
