What should I do if I see a pending transaction that doesn't change status? How long do you leave it before it should change?I'm trying to understand if it going to fail so I can try the purchase again.

Hi @Melgoodchild, thanks for getting in touch. The pending transaction should drop off within 7 working days if the retailer doesn't collect the funds. If this doesn't drop off your account after the 7 working days, then please let us know so that we can investigate further.
