Confirm correct transfer details

    I was told a recipient hadnt received a money transfer i sent, however i could see it had gone out of my account. How do i check the acc and sort code was correct. All i can see is the date and amount that was transferred. I called customer service but that is all automated and also only read out the amount and date. I want to check it went to the correct acc and sort code. How do i do this with nobody to speak to.

To check these details, please give our Credit Cards team a call on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and my colleagues will be able to assist you. To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
