Okay, App simply stopped working on my iPhone Software Version 15.6.1. Everything fine previously. Tried all the usual, switch on/switch off phone, re-installing the app. Still nothing. I can access my account via Chrome and Safari, both on my phone, but the app itself will not work. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

@KellyT - the error code was GEN-1. However, after two days, I downloaded the app again and was able to set it all up as normal. It appears the problem was resolved by tech support. Thanks for your response.
