i have a photo ID driving license with my name and address on it.
i have a mortgage statement letter (original document)

i assume i can use either of these, however are they asking me to physically send them either my driving licence or original (and only) copy of mortgage statement?

do these also need certified by the list of rather restrictive list of people? 95% of which i have no means of accessing?

how are they supposed to write and date on the front of a photo ID driving licence? (as the instructions suggest they need to).

Hi @chenks76, yes you have the option to send in either of the two documents you've mentioned. Your original mortgage statement wouldn't need to be certified but a photocopy of your photo ID would need to be certified.
