Add loan account to online banking

    trying to dd my loan account to Online banking,

    keep getting the same error

    If you continue to see this message please Contact us.

    Have tried on the App (redirects to online) and on PC a number of times. logged out and back in a number of times. no joy..
    Any ideas?

    Hi @trevstanford , thanks for getting in touch. If you give our Online Helpdesk team a call on 0345 300 3511 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and one our advisor's can check that for for you. All personal details on accounts have to match in order to be linked successfully. It may be that your Loan account will have to be added manually by ourselves but our team can check that when you call them - Kevin
