So its happened again, locked out of my account, get new temp pin number,
do all the must have new number then new password, all checks ok press enter and i get must check errors the new numbers, so i do new numbers again wright them down do the numbers again, all checks out fine new password all fine, press enter you get check errors numbers again, am locked out and have to wait for the letter again, ive been doing this from September
how do i get into my account, this is getting beyond a joke now
