I applied for a loan yesterday, I got a reference number. I have not received no emails, text or anything to advise me of the next steps, I've tried logging into the banking app and online but I'm not recognised even though I have registered
Can anyone help?

Hi @Tinkj16, we don't send any email confirmation when you apply for a loan so please don't worry about that. However, the outcome should be displayed on-screen at the end of the application process.
