Money transfer

    i requested a money transfer from my credit card to my current account 2 days ago. This has moved to approved and showing on my credit card account as an activity today, however, the money is not in my current account and I’m panicking I have inputted the bank details wrong even though I checked these many times before submitting. Can anyone reassure me that it may take a little longer to arrive in my current account please?

    Hi @cope. Thanks for your message. A money transfer can usually take up to 2 working days to complete. If it has now been 2 working days or more, then call our Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and select any option as you will get to speak to one of the team and they can confirm the details you gave for the transfer. If those are correct then your money should go in to your bank account. Give them a call and they can put your mind at ease :) - Kevin
