Not sure what to do first, I have bought some iPod pros off of eBay for my son for Christmas, they were listed as brand new in sealed box, they came opened and one of the ear pods doesn’t work. Where do I start? I have emailed the people who sold them, they first told me that it was probably someone at Royal Mail who opened them!!! The postage envelope was completely in tact, then they said that surely my son would just like the fact they were genuine pros. I gave them to my son early and he is telling me the left pod doesn’t work at all! Is there a way of getting my money back? Or am I stuffed and have to just suck it up after buying something off of eBay. This is the first time I have ever had this problem with eBay, it took me a few months to save up for his present, I’m so cheesed off!! Anyway rant over, can I do anything??
