    Hi,

    ordered my credit card on the 9/11/22 and am still yet to receive my credit card. A letter with my pin came about 2 weeks ago and still no sign of my credit card? When can I be expecting this?

    Hi @Brooke, thanks for your message and I'm sorry to hear you still haven't received your Credit Card. If your card was ordered on the 9th November then you should have received that by now - even with the postal delays. I would suggest you give our Credit Card team a call on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm). You'll be asked on the automated service to enter a long card number but as you don't have that, just keep holding and you will automatically be put through to a member of the team who can check that for you. If the card has gone astray then we will need to cancel that and reissue another one to you.
