I have used my mobile phone several times to log in but now it's telling me it's not recognised! I'm in Australia at the moment and have to phone a uk number to try and sort it out. This number consistently tells me I have a long wait time!!!! Am I supposed to incurs huge phone bills in order to access my own account now??

    Hi @Kjoyce72

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having problems logging into your account. Do you still have access to the mobile number you had linked to the account? If not, then we would need to look into updating the number or sending out a security number by post.

If you could send a private message to @AshleighB and myself, we can look into your options with you. Send us your name, DOB and postcode, along with the linked mobile number. When you send the DOB and postcode, leave extra spaces between the characters, i.e. A B 1 2 C D.
