Hi folks - I’ve got a balance transfer going on and a min payment scheduled for the 3rd of every month. And all off a sudden tesco bank has deducted the entire balance transfer amount via direct debit. The app still shows the balance and a min payment set to be taken 3rd of Jan. Is this an error on their end or are they closing down my account. I’ve just flown overseas for new years so won’t be back till mid Jan to give them a call about it. Just curious if this has happened to someone else before. And what the best method of contacting tesco bank is without calling them. Thanks!
