So I applied for a loan yesterday and I didn’t receive anything to tell me whether I had been approved for it or declined. All it says is that they need to do a few more checks to complete my application, does anyone know what that means and how long it will take for them to get back to me?

Got a quote got approved and nothing , no email text anything .
Did you manage to get some info about it ?

@ChristopherP i decided to give Tesco a call .
Apparently Tesco doesn't notify customers by email after successful application .
My agreement is in the post and after i sign and return it 48h for the transfer.
Overall odd way of doing it but if it works for Tesco ,email Notification would be nice.

Glad you managed to get an update! Email notifications for loan progress is something we have on our workstack and will hopefully be able to provide this to our customers in the near future!
