I ordered a designer handbag online in November, only to find a month later, a cheap wallet was sent to me instead and the website has now been shut down. I have attempted to contact the seller via email but to no avail and the rather cheap looking wallet was sent from China and so returning this is an issue.
Having read on the community forum to complete a claim form and send it to [email protected], I have done this as of the 15/12/22. I am a little concerned as have had no acknowledgement email, no response and it is proving very difficult to get through to a real person on the phone line.
Please can anyone advise what I should do next?
