My Direct Debit is taken around the 15th of each month, this month's has therefore been taken. But now I have just received a message that another payment is due to be taken on the 20th.
Why is this? The account is cleared each month.

Didn't get anything sorted or clarified but as nothing "untoward" happened I don't think there is anything that needs doing now.

@BillBobHarry if you're a full balance payer and pay by Direct Debit, that will normally be requested around 5 days before the payment due date. So that'll be why your payment was taken on the 15th but the payment due date shows 20th 😊 there won't actually be any further payments taken on that due date though!
