    Hi I am trying to update my personal details in order to log in to my account to pay the bill. Unfortunately, as I do not have my credit card available and the contact telephone numbers are no longer valid, I am unable to pay the bill and will now incur charges. Best regardsSally

    Hi sorry to hear you've been having trouble logging into your account. If your mobile number has changed and not been updated on your account, then this will need to be updated over the phone with our Online Helpdesk. They can be contacted on 0345 300 3511.

    To make sure a payment reaches your account on time, you can call us to get your account information over the phone and make a payment, or you can send the funds from your own current account to sort code 406415, account number 31310006 and using your 16 digit credit card number as the reference.
