Automatic payment stopped

    Hi

    I have my payments set to "Pay the full amount off each m month" and this has worked fine for the past year.
    I recently made in additional payment mid month due to high spend and since then the automatic payment at the end of the month hasn't happened?

    It is still set to pay of the full amount automatically but no payment or attempted payment was made?
    no notifications were made either.

    Can you clarify why my auto payment wasn't made and I had to manually do one?

    Hi @owenamv8, if you have a full payment direct debit set up and make an additional payment at least 5 working days prior to the collection date then the direct debit will automatically adjust to reflect this. If your additional payment is equal to/greater than the previous statement balance then nothing would be collected by direct debit.
