I booked a flight through e Dreams with Ryan air for flights to Malta, the time and date of these flights were altered and fell outside the acceptable range, I was offered a voucher for flight in the future but have lost faith with Ryan air and want a refund, Ryan air have been very reluctant to do this and have asked for details etc as the booking was through e Dreams, I have sent the requested documents etc twice now and have received no positive results. Am I covered by the credit card regulations as I have not received the 'goods'
