How do you get a temporary security number?

    Hi, I've been locked out of my account and I can't remember my password and my device isnt recgnised, Can you please help with resetting my password?Thank you.

    I am sorry you've been locked out of online banking. You can request a TSN by calling our Online Helpdesk on 0345 3511, advisors available 24/7. Alternatively you can contact us here by sending myself and my colleague  a private message including your full name, DOB, postcode and mobile number - please ensure you leave a space between each character when sending messages on Community. We also have a Twitter and Facebook account where you can request a TSN by sending the aforementioned details. Our Twitter handle is @tescobankhelp.
