Re: How do I ask you to recognise my device?

    Tesco On-Line Banking is saying it does not recognise my computer,. I don'y knoe why as I ahve not changed devices. I have spent the last hour trying to find out how to get a temporary security number and for you to recognise my computer. There is no problem when I log in for Credit Card, just for banking. What a terrible site!

    Hi , I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having getting logged in online. Your device will become 'unrecognised' as it were, if your browsing history, cache or cookies are deleted. Certain anti-virus software can also sometimes remove this unless it is prevented from doing so. Have you since managed to get your security reset and logged back in? If not please send a private message to myself and  with your name, DOB, postcode and mobile number. Please leave a space between each character when you send this information or it will be blacked out.
