Hi all. I have just received a text telling me I'm over my credit limit but im definitely not? I'm so confused? Can anyone help? Plus I have a direct debit payment due to arrive as normal on the 4th also. Its so confusing. When I log it it tells me I'm under my limit but the text I received this morning says otherwise?
Not over limit but being told I am?
