This is however totally incorrect as when I tried to do so, it states that it cannot be done on line and will have to be by direct contact. I have been holding on to your Tesco car insurance phone number for long periods without getting an answer and keeps asking me to hold on. After holding on for half an hour the phone disconnects and I have to call again. This time it states that I have a wait time for one hour. Your Tesco car insurance set-up is disgraceful and totally user unfriendly.
