I have paid my monthly statement off in full , but they have still taken £25 minimuim payment by direct debit is that correct.

Hi @johnboy59, sorry to hear that! Your direct debit has a 3 working day assessment period before the collection date where it's already in progress. If you make the payment manually during this period then we won't be able to stop the payment from being collected by direct debit. The quickest way to get the funds collected by direct debit returned to you is to request a direct debit indemnity with your own bank. They should be able to refund the funds on the same working day.
