Hi there,

Apparently my loan documents have not been received, this is after two weeks of posting. Ive been told I cannot get new documents to sign. Not sure what to do at this point!!!

Any help gratefully received!

@JamesG We'd need you to private message us for this as it is an account specific query that requires us to ask security questions. Otherwise, if you call the Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm) they'll be happy to check this for you. I hope you get it all sorted.

Hi Kevin,

I did of sorts. They suggested that I ring Tesco bank. Which I did today. They have said the signed documents have still not arrived with them(I sent them two weeks ago). They suggest that I phone in on Tuesday at 2pm to see if they have arrived. If not they will issue me with a separate set of documents , which I will need to sign and post immediately. In addition I will need to phone them to say I am posting these, can they be sent to the underwriters as a matter of urgency (the deadline for the loan agreement fast approaching!).

As you can see, a fairly comprehensive answer. I just dont understand what happened to them? Anyway not Tesco's fault, more likely Royal Mail. So we will see.
