Security Alerts – Online Banking and Mobile App.
We’ve introduced new alerts that we’ll send to you if there’s any potential security breaches on your account. These alerts will include any changes to your Mobile or Online Banking login details, as well as any logins from a new device (using the Mobile App). We’ll aim to alert you by text if possible, or by email.
Last Login – Online Banking.
We’ve also added a new feature for you to see when youlast logged into Online Banking/Mobile App to help you monitor your account more closely so you can report any suspicious behaviour.
Using the Mobile App on Jailbroken/Rooted devices.
Our Mobile App will no longer work on Jailbroken/Rooted devices for either iOS or Android to protect our customers from cybercriminals and security threats.
