having with Rock insurance? All of the contact info seems to end up back at Rock rather than Tesco and I’m getting nowhere.
They’ve overcharged me for my premium and still haven’t explained why, even though it’s now 13 weeks since I raised a complaint. I have contacted the ombudsman who are investigating but I’d really like to talk to Tesco as it is sold as a Tesco Travel Insurance.
It’s such a clear cut case that it really makes me worry what Rock’s service will be like if we actually had to make a claim on holiday
