Hi hope someone can help. I have attempted to log onto the banking app tonight and was asked for my security code and password.

I have entered these correctly but app says there is a problem.

I reset my password, was able to log on when I checked my settings i had not set passcode as primary but fingerprint.

i logged out then tried again but got the same error message. I need to log on what is going on?
