Finger Print doesn't work then put numbers then password in but keep getting 'somethings gone wrong'

Thank you Christopher, there was an update and it seems to have sorted the problem so all happy. The update was dated 4 May but I had been checking regularly and today was the first time I'd seen it but no probs. Thanks again.
