The 1st payment for my loan was due to be taken on the 25th, it shows as going and then as being returned?
I get paid on the 25th and was told that it would be fine to set the payment date to pay day?

I'm sorry to hear that the direct debit didn't go through as you'd expected. We'd advise to call us on 0345 600 6016, available 8am - 8pm on weekdays and 9am - 5pm at the weekend, and my colleagues can look into the payment and find out what's happened.
