I have been using the credit card for a decade and the app for at least 3 years. It is absolute shocking garbage that rarely works as it should. Today is a prime example.I wanted to spend £20 with a parcel courier I have used many times before and always paid with my tesco card. I authorised the payment through the app 4 times and still it would not go through. I now have 4 pending transactions on my account and eventually had to pay with my Starling account. Do your coders even look at other apps to see how it should be done?
The level of hassle that I have to endure when I use the tesco card is no longer worth the measly and devalued points I collect. I'm out, let's see if the close account part of the app works.
