Roof Racks Added

Looking for any experience with adding roof racks to your car and how it effects, if at all, Tesco Car insurance? I have a car with longitudinal roofracks as standard and are wanting to add horizontal roof racks to them so that they are functional.
We are looking to be using a large roof box, a bike rack and possibly a roof tent (which functions the same as a roof box but with the tent inbuilt).

Do roof racks count as a modification or are they an accessory?
And is there any issue carrying any of the loads mentioned once attached?

I have read conflicting things from different insurance providers. Some count the roofracks as a modification which is then added on and covered, but anything on top is an accessory and is not, other cover everything, and some don't count roof racks as a modification and they are just part of standard cover.
    TIA

@elliej31 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. Roof racks are not classed as a modification by our Underwriter. If you'd like us to add a note to your policy to reflect that you are adding it to the vehicle, please send us a private message. There will be no impact on your premium for this.
