My Direct Debit failed but I was not given any notification and therefore was late on a payment. This has lead to my fixed rate interest changing to variable. I checked my settings and it suggests the direct debit is still set-up/active so I don’t know why there was no payment! Is there any chance this could be rectified? I have now paid all outstanding fees.
