How long does it take to process a chare back request when the other party is refusing all forms of communication and refusing to issue a refund for lost goods?

Hi Christopher P, I have. I appreciate there is no time scale but it would be nice to have some communication with someone regarding the claim especially when its for such a large amount.
It would also be nice to understand what happens to the disputed balance while the case is investigated. Assistance with this would be appreciated. -
@maya180180 Your claim will generally be reviewed within 7-10 days. However, the process may take longer if we need to see more information to support the claim. If that is the case, the team will be in touch with you directly.

@maya180180 That is correct. Any payments must be made as normal and when/if the dispute is successful any interest relating to the transaction will be reimbursed.

@maya180180 Did you manage to send this to us? As far as I'm aware you should have received an email with a reference number for your claim, and you can attach files there.
