How do I ask you to recognise my device?

    This site is so difficult - I have not been able to access my account for months it won't let me log in or regonise the code you send me - it now won't recognise any of the computers I try to log in with please help - it is also not easy to find this page to send you a message

    I am very sorry you've had such trouble when accessing your online banking. If you're receiving a message stating that part of your security is locked (security number or password) then please see above for information on how to reset your online banking details.

    With regards to your device being unrecognised this will be due to the Tesco Bank cookie having been removed from your web browser. If you tend to clear your browsing history and cookies regularly then this message will appear often. If this is the case then you can still log in with the use of a One Time Access Code (only if your security hasn't been locked) otherwise you'll need to contact us to request a Temporary Security Number (TSN) as mentioned at the top of this thread.     Sorry to read that you're having problems with the website @Mandm25. If you send us a private message to our @Tesco-Bank account with your name, DOB and postcode, we can look into this for you.

    When you send your DOB and postcode, add additional spaces between the characters, like A B 1 2 C D etc!

    You are not alone. I've been working with computers for 40 years and I have never known such a confusing and broken website. It just sends you around in circles and doesn't actually do what it says. "Contact us" takes you to twitter, or facebook, or eventually to this communicty. There is no link or option to get a "Temporary Security Number". Trying to locate Tesco-Bank to send them a message is nearly impossible - eventually I found their profile by doing a search and changing the drop-down box to "users". Very very confusing and unintuitive. When I try to send a private message, there's no actual box to type a message, but I can type a message here no problem. A lot of effort has been made to make this website as bad as it can be. The problem is not you, trust me, it's whoever is responsible for this system.
