I paid off a large portion of my statement on a manual payment however my direct debit for the original full statement has still been taken, so I have paid the statement twice. What do I do now?

@ellieburton42 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. If you've made a payment whilst you have a direct debit set up it would still collect and be classed as an additional payment. If you need this returned, please call us on on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm).
